Programmes
- Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology
- Advanced Diploma in Electrical Technology
- Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Advanced Diploma in Information Technology
- Advanced Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management
Tuition
- Approximately RWF 450,000 to 600,000 per year for Advanced Diploma (A1) and B-Tech programmes. COMPARE AGAINST THE PUBLIC IPRC NETWORK: this sits above the ~300,000 government-subsidised IPRC rate but below their 600,000-900,000 self-sponsored range — so if you cannot secure government sponsorship at a public college, MIPC is competitively priced. Musanze living costs are below Kigali. NO INSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS are offered — budget for the full fee, or compare against the public IPRC network where government sponsorship exists.
Admissions
- ENTRY: Advanced Level Certificate of Secondary Education (A2) with relevant PRINCIPAL PASSES in technical, construction or management tracks.
- MIPC OFFERS B-TECH ALONGSIDE ADVANCED DIPLOMA (A1) — so unlike the pure A1 polytechnics, there is a degree-level route here. Confirm which level your programme sits at.
- Apply online through the MIPC portal at mipc.ac.rw/admissions, or submit on campus at Musanze.
- MIPC IS INDEPENDENT AND PRIVATE — not part of Rwanda Polytechnic, so RP government-sponsored places do not apply.
