The Institute of Applied Sciences Ruhengeri, or simply INES - Ruhengeri, is a private research university located in the Northern province of Rwanda. It was established on November 17, 2003.

Tuition
- INES publishes a 2025-2026 fee structure PDF that is image-based and carries no machine-readable figures. Documented charges: postgraduate application fee 10,000 RWF, postgraduate registration 40,000 RWF annually, and a final-year tuition installment of 215,000 RWF. Tuition is paid in installments. INES states its Board revised tuition following a unit-cost study, with tuition covering a percentage of cost. Approximately RWF 550,000-850,000 per year. LAND SURVEYING IS UNCOMMON PROVISION in this directory, and INES is the leading centre for it.
Admissions
- Completed general secondary education. Programme-specific principal subject combinations apply, particularly in health sciences.
- Admission is based on entrance examinations, which is unusual among Rwandan private institutions.
- Any false information or falsified documents result in immediate disqualification upon discovery, with potential additional sanctions.
