Programmes
- Advanced Diploma in Automobile Technology
- Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology
- Advanced Diploma in Information and Communication Technology
Tuition
- Approximately RWF 450,000 to 650,000 per academic year. WORTH COMPARING AGAINST THE PUBLIC IPRC NETWORK: this sits above the ~300,000 government-subsidised IPRC rate but below their self-sponsored range, for technical provision at a similar level. If you cannot secure government sponsorship at a public college, HAIP is competitive on price. DIOCESAN SCHOLARSHIPS COVER 40-50% OF TUITION — ask about these directly, it is one of the larger documented tuition discounts in the Rwandan data.
Admissions
- ENTRY: Advanced Level Certificate (A2 / S6) with AT LEAST TWO PRINCIPAL PASSES in core technical or science subjects, for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and ICT.
- HAIP IS INDEPENDENT AND PRIVATE — it is not part of Rwanda Polytechnic, so the RP government-sponsored places at ~300,000 RWF do not apply here.
- Applications go through its own online portal at hanikaaip.ac.rw.
- An Anglican Diocese of Shyogwe institution — whether non-Anglican applicants are admitted was not established.
- Scholarships or financial aid available
